LTD trading as Reef, Outback and Rainforest Adventures has
used
information supplied by companies providing various services.
Whilst every care is taken to ensure that all information
is correct and accurate, alterations and amendments do occur
from time to time. Apart from none - excludable liability
imposed by law, Reef, Outback and rainforest Adventures disclaims
and will be exempt from any liability in regard to loss,
personal
injury or death, theft, expense due to delays etc, experienced
by the passenger as a result of actions (directly or implied)
of it’s officers, agents, contractors or suppliers
of product featured in the Reef, Outback and Rainforest
Dive
Adventures.
Any adventure travel involves an element of risk. We will
be traveling in remote areas, both aquatic and terrestrial,
where medical attention is not immediately available. Each
participant must accept responsibility for their own safety,
well being and property. Each passenger is required to sign
a release form before their trip commences.
As we do travel to remote areas and have no control over
the weather and road conditions, Reef, Outback and Rainforest
Adventures reserves the right to change the itinerary, destinations
and contractors at our discretion.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is essential as it protects against sickness,
injury and evacuation if necessary, loss of luggage and
in
certain circumstances, extra costs and charges due to un
expected circumstances. If your travel insurance does not
cover remote
diving, air evacuation and hyper baric treatment, we can
provide additional diving cover for the duration of your
trip.
Prices
All prices are per person based on twin share. If you are
traveling alone or there is an odd number in your group,
we will organise a traveling and diving buddy. Prices are
effective until November 2005 and include GST.

Deposits and final payments
A deposit of 20% is required 90 days in advance of your trip
commencing, with the full balance paid 30 days in advance.
This can be made through electronic transfer. Additional fees
are payable on the day of travel for some tours, refer to
exclusions for details.
Cancellations and refunds
For booking cancelled or terminated after a deposit has
been paid, a cancellation fee will be charged under the
following
conditions:
90 days - 31 days: deposit refunded less a processing fee.
30 days - to date of travel: up to 100% of fare
